The "Hello World" Granola

For Mira, "Hello World" is a daily guiding principle with the message: live consciously in the now, feel connected with the world. This is exactly the appeal she uses to greet her followers on social media, her listeners on Spotify and, most recently, all Granola fans with her own blend.

In the past, nutrition-conscious Mindset Coaching repeatedly encountered granolas that turned out to be over-sugared calorie bombs. Together with Nuts and Friends, she has therefore created a tasty contrast that can be combined with a healthy and sporty lifestyle.

The mixture of rolled oats, maple syrup, chia seeds, puffed amaranth, cocoa nibs, freeze-dried raspberries and a little sea salt creates the ideal basis for an energetic start to the day. On top, the granola was refined with macadamia nuts. Known as the queen of nuts, it promotes digestion and contains, among other things, a high content of B vitamins and many unsaturated fatty acids.

All other ingredients have also been carefully selected for their nutrients and their effects. While chia seeds are rich in protein and cocoa nibs are good sources of magnesium, oatmeal contains a lot of fiber, which keeps you full for a long time.

If you want to know more about the Granola creation, you can listen to the podcast "Road To Success by Mira". There, Mira and Granola boss Cyrill talk openly about the most important details. After all, transparency is a matter of course for both of them.
